Appreciating our connectedness - Honoring our individuality - Shedding light on our inner resources -

I’m Rosie Nebel, LMFT, founder, and owner.

It would be an honor to welcome you into my office. As a trauma-informed therapist, I value taking the time to build secure relationships of trust with my clients. Your care is a collaboration between the two of us; we set goals together, implement interventions at your pace, and maintain open communication throughout the process.

On a daily basis, I'm reminded of the vulnerability it takes to seek professional help in a time of need; I celebrate this vulnerability as a sign of strength. You may be feeling stuck or in need of support and curious about making a change. If so, I invite you to contact me so we can discuss working together.

When I’m not seeing clients, I enjoy making things, from art, to jewelry, to food. I relax by spending time in nature, soaking up the sun at my dad’s house by the lake or enjoying a hike. Any time that I get to spend with friends, family, or my two cats is precious to me and helps me recharge so that I can do my best work for you.

I’m Mary Nebel, MMFT.

I am passionate about exploring identity as it relates to family systems, spirituality, sexuality, and gender identity. My hope is that in our work together, you discover a greater sense of peace in your relationship to yourself and others.

I strive to maintain a warm, non-judgmental, and client centered approach to therapy. My goal is to create a collaborative dynamic where you feel like an equal partner in the therapeutic relationship. There's no wrong way of showing up- every part of you is welcome. Asking for help takes courage and I'd be honored to support you in the therapeutic process.

Here are some ways I find joy in my day-to- day life outside of session:

- As a born & raised Nashville native, I love exploring the ever-growing list of restaurants popping up around town. Sharing a meal with friends and loved ones is one of my favorite forms of quality time. I’m always open to new recommendations from clients if you have any!

- Taking hot yoga classes. Over the last couple of years, this has become one of my favorite ways to grow mentally and physically stronger. It’s also allowed me to feel more connected to myself and my community.

- Watching a good TV show. I enjoy everything from Severance to Love Island. In fact, reality TV is one of my favorite genres and I think there’s a lot we can learn about ourselves and others by viewing it!

We’re so glad you’re here.
